Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel, Online Business and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Online business, supporting product launches and revenue optimization initiatives
• Counsel global Marketing teams on digital campaigns, advertising compliance, and consumer protection
• Review and negotiate various marketing and online contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience; must be admitted to the Bar
• In-house experience at a consumer-facing technology company or in a highly regulated industry
• Independent and strategic thinker with strong legal and business judgment
• Technology savvy with an interest in utilizing new tools for problem-solving
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with global teams
