California Licensed Marriage Therapist

Job Summary

Providing mental health support remotely, the full-time California Licensed Marriage Therapist will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while enjoying administrative support and a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through regular counseling sessions
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans according to patient needs

Required qualifications

• Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
• Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; familiarity with NextGen is desirable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
