Job Summary
Leading the implementation of low-barrier addiction treatment programs, the full-time remote California Licensed MAT Expansion Director will oversee SUD Crisis Response, Emergency Department MAT, and Workforce Development initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance access to addiction treatment across California.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of CA Bridge's SUD Crisis Response program, building county-based networks to expand MAT access
- Oversee the ED MAT program and SUN Workforce Development, ensuring alignment with CA Bridge goals and effective program delivery
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate program components and drive operational alignment across initiatives
Required qualifications
- Seven years of relevant experience in managing complex public health projects, including three years in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (four additional years in a relevant field)
- Strong understanding of medications for addiction treatment (MAT) and low-barrier addiction care in California
- Experience in building and sustaining networks or coalitions across healthcare and community settings
- Commitment to health equity and experience in program design that addresses disparities in access to care
