California Licensed MDS Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional MDS Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee facility assessments and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Track and monitor the effective utilization of PDPM tools and performance metrics
• Provide training and support to new MDS Coordinators and develop evaluation systems for MDS Nurses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent accredited nursing program
• MDS certification preferred
• Experience in clinical and management roles, preferably in a regional or corporate setting
• Knowledge of CMS/OIG surveys and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
