California Licensed MDS Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant MDS Resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of resident assessments and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Track and monitor the effective utilization of PDPM tools and provide clinical recommendations
• Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing MDS assessments and care plans

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain required continuing education/licensing
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
