Job Summary

To support a growing clinical operations team, the full-time California Licensed Medical Assistant will manage virtual patient rooming, perform standardized clinical assessments, and review complex medical records while working remotely to ensure high-quality care for patients with neurological conditions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage virtual patient rooming and prepare documentation for neurology visits
• Perform and accurately score standardized clinical assessments, such as the Montreal Cognitive Assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver unified, patient-centered care and facilitate patient referrals

Required qualifications:

• Active Medical Assistant Certification
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• High technical fluency with computer-based work and videoconferencing tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, HIPAA compliant remote workspace
