Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time California Licensed Medical Assistant will manage patient scheduling, coordinate care logistics, and communicate with referring providers while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments using EHR and scheduling systems
• Gather, organize, and maintain patient intake forms and medical documentation
• Communicate with referring providers to establish care and track referral statuses

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Bilingual: English/Spanish
