Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Biller - Medi-Cal (California Medicaid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implement procedures for billing, collections, and follow-up on third-party approvals
• Assist in managing employees, including coaching and training, while maintaining quality customer service

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hospital billing experience, including Medi-Cal experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in managing and training staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
