Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Supervise staff in Patient Financial Services and oversee daily operations for timely billing and collections
Monitor staff productivity and ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry standards
Provide training, administer disciplinary actions, and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Preferred 5 years of experience in the field
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Experience with the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing system and SSI clearinghouse is advantageous
Must be located in the PST time zone
