California Licensed Medical Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Case Manager to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely contact and information sharing with injured workers, providers, and agencies
• Conduct assessments of injured workers, documenting clinical and non-medical obstacles
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to develop return-to-work plans

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Active unrestricted nursing license required
• 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in adult medical/surgical nursing
• Management experience in the workers' compensation arena preferred
• National certification in case management or related field preferred
