A company is looking for a Medical Director, Primary Care Psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead quality improvement initiatives and oversee the psychiatry team
Develop and refine clinical standards, workflows, and care pathways
Provide clinical consultation and mentorship to primary care providers and psychiatrists

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in California
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Board Certification in Psychiatry
Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in psychiatry
Demonstrated leadership in clinical quality improvement or workflow development
