Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director, Behavioral Health (PST Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral health and chemical dependency services
• Standardize utilization management policies and procedures to enhance quality outcomes and reduce costs
• Implement clinical practice guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in psychiatry/behavioral health
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with an active and unrestricted license
• Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements for medical and clinical staff
• Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed organization
