California Licensed Medical Director
Job Summary
Providing clinical oversight for two California-based Home Healthcare Agencies, the part-time California Licensed Medical Director will ensure compliance with state mandates, participate in quality management programs, and offer consultative guidance remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the registered Physician lead in accordance with California Title 22
- Participate in the Quality Management program and attend Quarterly QAPI meetings to review clinical outcomes
- Conduct occasional chart reviews and provide remote guidance on complex cases to the Director of Patient Care Services
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted California Physician's License (MD or DO)
- Familiarity with California Title 22 and Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs)
- Must maintain own malpractice insurance
- Experience with Home Healthcare
