California Licensed Medical Director
Job Summary
To support a growing network of aesthetic practices, the full-time California Licensed Medical Director will oversee medical hires, approve treatment menus, and provide general supervision remotely while collaborating with nurse injectors.
Key responsibilities
- Approve all medical hires and treatment menus, ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Review and sign protocols, SOPs, and consent forms, providing guidance and support for aesthetic procedures
- Be available for consultations and emergency decision-making, mentoring RN, NP, and PA providers
Required qualifications
- Active California Medical License
- MD with a background in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred
- Minimum of two NP oversight slots and one PA oversight slot available
- Prior experience in aesthetic medicine as a collaborating physician or Medical Director
- Formal training in injectables, including Botox and fillers
