Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Canvassing Investigator to join their investigations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound and outbound calls at large volumes from various businesses, primarily medical offices, including cold calls
• Researching facilities using provided resources
• Composing emails to send to clients and performing general data entry

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Experience in call centers or high-volume phone work is preferred
• Resourceful and proactive with the ability to think creatively
• Comfortable handling sensitive or graphic materials
• Willingness to learn and receive training in medical canvassing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
