Job Summary

Supporting litigation matters, the full-time Medical Canvass Investigator will conduct high-volume outreach to medical facilities to identify potential treatment locations related to legal cases, working remotely while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to medical offices and healthcare facilities
• Research and document findings related to medical facilities and case information accurately
• Utilize creative problem-solving techniques to locate hard-to-find information and support team efforts

Required qualifications

• Experience in call centers, reception, customer service, or other high-volume phone environments is preferred
• Ability to manage a high volume of outreach with attention to detail
• Confidence and professionalism in phone communications
• Willingness to learn and grow within the field, including pursuing a California Private Investigator license
