Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Medical Learning Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive training and readiness of all medical employees, aligning clinical capability development with organizational goals
• Define and execute a multi-year learning roadmap to enhance onboarding frameworks and optimize the learning experience for field medical teams
• Utilize workforce planning data to address skill gaps and ensure compliance while managing learning products and training delivery

Required Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) required
• 12+ years of senior leadership experience managing diverse teams in training delivery and strategy
• Proven experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership teams
• Demonstrated success in large-scale onboarding program design and implementation
• Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech field medical roles and compliance requirements
