California Licensed Medical Science Director

Job Summary

Supporting medical affairs activities in oncology and related therapeutic areas, the full-time California Licensed Medical Science Director will engage with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders, develop scientific discussions, and contribute to medical strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support medical affairs through compliant scientific exchange and cross-functional collaboration
• Serve as a scientific resource for healthcare providers and institutional decision-makers
• Develop and support scientific discussions at medical congresses and advisory boards

Required qualifications

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, DNP, NP, PA-C, or equivalent)
• 1+ years of field medical experience with a focus on scientific engagement
• Oncology experience is required; experience in infectious disease or nephrology is preferred
• Proven ability to engage healthcare systems and maintain relationships with KOLs
• Exceptional scientific communication and presentation skills
