California Licensed Medical Science Liaison
Job Summary
To support the rheumatology franchise, the full-time California Licensed Medical Science Liaison will engage with healthcare professionals, facilitate scientific relationships, and provide educational and research support while working remotely with up to 65-70% travel in Southern California and Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with key thought leaders and healthcare professionals to exchange scientific information
- Report field intelligence to the company, including competitive insights and treatment landscape perspectives
- Support clinical development teams through site recommendations and communication facilitation
Required Qualifications
- Accredited doctorate degree in a life-science or basic-science discipline (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, DSc, DNP)
- A minimum of 1 year of MSL experience is preferred
- Experience in immunology and rare disease preferred
- Ability to communicate scientific information effectively to key stakeholders
- Understanding of the highly regulated bio-pharm industry, including legal and regulatory environments
