Providing direction for Medical Staff Services in the South Eastern WA region, the full-time California Licensed Medical Staff Manager will oversee departmental operations, supervise personnel, and prepare the departmental budget while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Medical Staff Services and ensure compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws and Regulations
• Supervise departmental personnel and facilitate their professional development
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Certification as a Professional Medical Services Manager upon hire
• 3 years of supervisory experience; 5 years preferred
• 5 years of experience in Medical Staff Services
