Job Summary
Supporting Medicare operations remotely, the temporary California Licensed Medicare Analyst will conduct research and analysis, ensure compliance with regulations, and serve as a liaison to stakeholders until December 31, 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Support Medicare operations, sales, and enrollment functions through data analysis and interpretation
- Conduct complex research and analysis to assist Medicare Operations activities
- Act as a subject matter expert and liaison to internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience related to Medicare membership operations and/or enrollment eligibility
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines related to Medicare sales and enrollment
- Experience with Medicare Advantage enrollment processes and financial reconciliation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM/enrollment systems, and database usage
