California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance activities remotely, the full-time California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reporting, investigations, and strategic initiatives while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage compliance reporting efforts and analyze compliance data across business functions
• Oversee compliance investigations, including data collection and evaluation of corrective action plans
• Implement compliance initiatives by interpreting regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in managing compliance activities and strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the health care industry
