California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance activities remotely, the full-time California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reporting, investigations, and strategic initiatives while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance reporting efforts and analyze compliance data to identify key performance indicators and risks
• Oversee compliance investigations, including data collection, interviews, and corrective action recommendations
• Lead the implementation of compliance strategies by monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence across business functions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
• At least two years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in managing compliance initiatives and understanding regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and manage cross-functional projects
