California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance activities in a remote full-time capacity, the California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reporting, investigations, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage compliance activities by developing and executing strategic compliance initiatives and overseeing regulatory changes
• Lead compliance reporting efforts, including the evaluation of compliance data and presentation of findings to senior management
• Oversee compliance investigations by collecting and analyzing data, leading interviews, and recommending corrective actions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in privacy and security compliance is preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills
