California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance activities and strategic initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reporting, investigations, and regulatory adherence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage compliance reporting efforts and analyze compliance data across business functions
• Oversee compliance investigations, including data collection and evaluation of corrective action plans
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and monitor compliance strategies in response to regulatory changes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, or related fields
• At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in managing compliance initiatives and understanding regulatory requirements
• Ability to develop and deliver complex presentations to leadership and stakeholders
