Job Summary
Managing compliance activities remotely, the full-time California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reporting, investigations, and strategic initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence across business functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage compliance reporting efforts, including evaluation of compliance data and potential risks
- Oversee compliance investigations by collecting and analyzing data and recommending corrective actions
- Develop and implement strategic compliance initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, regulatory, or a related field
- At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
