California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance activities remotely, the full-time California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reporting, investigations, and strategic initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence across business functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage compliance activities by partnering with stakeholders and overseeing the design and execution of strategic compliance initiatives
• Oversee compliance reporting efforts, including evaluation of compliance data and development of presentations for senior management
• Lead compliance investigations by collecting and analyzing data, conducting interviews, and recommending corrective action plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or a related field
• At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in managing compliance activities and understanding regulatory changes
• Ability to develop and implement compliance standards, policies, and training
