California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance activities remotely, the full-time California Licensed Medicare Compliance Manager will oversee strategic compliance initiatives, manage compliance reporting and investigations, and ensure adherence to regulatory changes across business functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage compliance reporting efforts and analyze compliance data to identify key drivers and performance indicators
• Oversee compliance investigations, including data collection, interviews, and recommending corrective actions
• Implement compliance strategies by interpreting regulatory changes and ensuring ongoing adherence across the organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in managing compliance initiatives and understanding regulatory requirements
• Ability to develop and deliver complex presentations to stakeholders
