Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Medicare Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans
• Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate clients on Medicare options
• Manage outbound and inbound calls to drive sales and maintain a strong client pipeline

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Health & Life license in the resident state; California license is a plus
• Current AHIP certificate required before starting
• 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Associate's degree in Business or a related field
• Job stability and tenure in previous roles
