Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Enrollment Specialist to facilitate the enrollment process for Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the enrollment process for dual-eligible beneficiaries, ensuring timely and compliant processing
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support Medicare D-SNP enrollment activities
• Tracks and reports on enrollment data to assist the Medicare Operations Department

Required Qualifications and Education

• Knowledge of the Medicare enrollment process and CMS requirements
• Experience with MHK Market Prominence Medicare Advantage platform
• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of four years of Medicare enrollment experience
• Ability to ensure compliance with CMS and DHCS requirements
• Proficiency in Windows-based PC systems, including Microsoft Office applications
