Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Advocate to serve as a point of contact for member inquiries regarding benefits and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and educate members about benefits and plan options
  • Respond to member inquiries and follow up to resolve issues efficiently
  • Document transactions and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
  • Data entry and general computer skills required
  • Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining excellent customer service
