Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Advocate to serve as a point of contact for member inquiries regarding benefits and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and educate members about benefits and plan options
- Respond to member inquiries and follow up to resolve issues efficiently
- Document transactions and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
- Data entry and general computer skills required
- Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining excellent customer service
