California Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Job Summary

To support maternal care patients, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Clinician will provide telemedicine-based treatment for perinatal mood disorders, engaging in 1:1 patient encounters and utilizing technology to enhance patient education and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telemedicine treatment for pregnant and postpartum patients with perinatal mood disorders
• Engage in live and asynchronous patient support, with potential for group therapy options
• Develop systems and processes to ensure safe and effective care while improving patient engagement

Required qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California
• Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in active patient care
• Experience working in telemedicine
• Availability for phone and video meetings on an intermittent basis
