Job Summary
To support a growing correctional healthcare team, the full-time California Licensed Mental Health Provider will conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services via telehealth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy services utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Monitor patient progress and perform crisis interventions, including suicide risk assessments
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW, LPCC) in California
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in correctional or forensic settings
- Experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment techniques
