Job Summary

Seeking a full-time California Licensed Mental Health Provider, the position focuses on conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and providing therapy services via telehealth in a correctional setting, ensuring coordinated patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy services using evidence-based interventions
• Perform crisis interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient safety and continuity of care

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW, LPCC) in California
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in correctional or forensic settings
• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment protocols
