Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Wellbeing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members to assess their personal wellbeing, emotional health, and safety needs
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and coordinate follow-up care and services
• Develop individualized action plans using clinical modalities and provide case management services

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field, or an RN with 3+ years of experience in behavioral health
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in California
• Ability to work flexible 8.5-hour shifts during business hours, including occasional overtime
• Designated workspace and secure high-speed internet access from home
• Permanent residence in California
