Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist licensed in California to provide virtual care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform virtual counseling and comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic support
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of the peer QA process

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
• Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
• Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited program
• 1+ years of unsupervised post-licensure psychotherapy experience (for LCSW) or 3+ years (for LPC/LMHC and LMFT)
