Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families with diverse mental health needs
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Manage caseload including schedule maintenance and complete timely electronic documentation

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), or Clinical Psychologists
• California residency required for hybrid roles
• Must not be opted out of Medicare
• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools
