Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist licensed in California to provide virtual therapy and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and evaluate mental health assessments
• Participate in monthly chart reviews as part of the peer quality assurance process

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
• Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
• Master's degree in relevant field from an accredited program
• 1+ years (LCSW) or 3+ years (LPC/LMHC/LMFT) of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy experience
