Job Summary
To support youth mental health initiatives, a California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote teletherapy to students ages 11-24, focusing on evidence-based care and fostering supportive relationships, with opportunities for part-time W-2 employment and flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Deliver psychoeducation to parents and caregivers
Required qualifications
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
- Demonstrated passion for youth mental health and commitment to culturally responsive care
- Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
- Comfortable with telehealth and prior experience providing telehealth services
