Job Summary
Providing teletherapy to students ages 11-24, the remote California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver evidence-based care, foster supportive relationships, and offer psychoeducation while enjoying a flexible schedule and the option to work as a 1099 contractor or transition to a W-2 role with benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Deliver psychoeducation to parents and caregivers
Required qualifications
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
- Demonstrated passion for youth mental health and commitment to culturally responsive care
- Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
- Comfortable with telehealth and experience providing telehealth services
