California Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Offering flexible hours in a remote setting, the full-time or part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors, design personalized treatment plans, and manage electronic documentation while being part of a supportive care team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices

Required qualifications

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
