California Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing community of mental health professionals, California Licensed Mental Health Therapists will provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, either remotely or in a hybrid setting, while managing their caseload and completing timely documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients with diverse mental health needs, including assessments and treatment plans
• Complete electronic documentation within 72 hours and manage caseload logistics
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in professional development opportunities

Required qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), or Clinical Psychologists
• California residency required for hybrid roles
• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
• Proficiency with EHR systems and digital tools
• Commitment to accessibility and cultural humility in mental health care
