Job Summary

To support a transformative mental healthcare movement, a part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Required qualifications

• Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
• Full, unencumbered applicable license based on office location
• 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems; familiarity with NextGen is desirable
• Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure
