California Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family members when appropriate

Required qualifications

• Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
