California Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will establish trusting rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans, all while working remotely in California.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Required qualifications

• Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
