Job Summary

Providing high-quality individual therapy to a diverse client population, the full-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain a consistent caseload while delivering services remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation, including session notes and treatment plans

Required qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing
• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance
