California Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To provide compassionate and empathetic care, the fully licensed California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct telehealth sessions, perform patient assessments, and develop meaningful connections with clients in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions on the practice's platform
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC) in good standing
• 2+ years of direct care experience as a licensed clinician, exclusive of orientation/training
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
