California Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Providing compassionate care in a fully remote capacity, the California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct telehealth sessions, deliver patient assessments, and develop meaningful connections with clients while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions on the designated platform
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC) in good standing
• 2+ years of direct care experience as a licensed clinician, excluding orientation/training
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
