California Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Providing compassionate telehealth counseling, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct sessions, create patient assessments, and ensure compliance with clinical regulations in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions using the technology platform
• Create comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
• Ensure documentation complies with clinical and state regulations

Required qualifications

• Unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC) in good standing
• Willingness to become licensed in California
• 2+ years of direct care experience, excluding orientation/training
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
• Comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
