Job Summary
To support a growing community of mental health professionals, California Licensed Mental Health Therapists will provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, either remotely or in a hybrid setting, while managing their caseload and maintaining timely documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to clients with diverse mental health needs, including assessments and treatment planning
- Complete electronic documentation within 72 hours and manage caseload logistics
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in professional development opportunities
Required qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist
- California residency required for hybrid roles
- Proficient in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT
- Experience with EHR systems and digital tools
- Commitment to accessibility and cultural humility in mental health care
